I tried all 3: Gold, Fire, and Patay. My favorite is probably the Gold. It is versatile and adds an excellent garlic note to any dish, from pasta marinara to a simple little dab on top of cheese, scrambled eggs, soups, or just about anything else. I love how the garlic is crunchy and adds a bit of texture to any dish. When I want a little bit of heat, I use the Fire. Just be careful with the Patáy as this is the one that makes a fire in your mouth!! Having them on hand in the pantry is a great idea, especially when you don't feel like chopping up a bunch of garlic.
I love that your products uses grape seed and olive oils which makes it healthier. I use liquid gold almost with everything I cook now. Nice texture & flavor which is not too overwhelming. My friends love the Patay but I stick to the regular flavor. Thank you for making this product.
