product took a long time to arrive. UPS threw the package over my fence. The seal broke on one of the bottles. I reported this to customer service. I included pictures. They do not label the package as "fragile" even though it contains glass. Their customer service did not bother to reply. I think this is poor service.

We do our best with protecting the jars when they are shipped and there are usually no issues with breakage. We'll reach out directly to try and rectify the issue! This was unexpectedly good. I ordered it as a chili crisp alternative without peanuts or onions, but it ended up being better than any other chili crisp type product I’ve had. My husband and I have already gone through a jar in the first week we’ve had it. I highly recommend.
