We began making Liquid Gold as a side garlic condiment for our Kamayan Pop-up dinners. Our guests fell in love and so Liquid Gold was born. Simply made up of house-made garlic oil, garlic crisps, and various spices.

We created Liquid Fire for those who wanted a some heat added to our garlic magic. Its a subtle tingly spice that adds yet another level of flavor to any dish!

This is my favorite condiment. Pairs well with so many things, esp fried rice! It's similar to chili crisp, but even better.
